Our brain has two hemispheres . The right side hemisphere controls creativity , imagination , fantasy , expressing emotions, intuition,a feeling of being free, expressive and aware of space and time . The left side hemisphere is responsible for logical analysis, reasoning and critical thinking . In our everyday life we mainly use our left side of the brain . Anxiety,mental discomfort, a feeling of unhappiness and constant dissatisfaction could arise because of too much use of the left hemisphere of our brain . This lesson teaches you how to exercise and increase power on the right side of the brain with mandala drawings . Mandala coloring or mandala drawing are old healing techniques originating in India . Creating a mandala helps you release stress and makes you see the world through the eyes of an artist . We do yoga for 30 min and draw mandala for 60 min while we enjoy Indian tea, aromatherapy and English conversation .
